Best to use Rizz'm'Up Styling Powder on clean dry or 'almost' dry hair.

  1.  SHAKE WELL. 
  2. Carefully sprinkle a small amount of powder directly to the roots of the hair for added volume.
  3. Work the powder into the hair with your fingers and begin to shape the style.
  4. Apply more powder bit by bit, until desired style is achieved.
